There are evenings whose true significance only becomes clear long after the last conversations have faded. Evenings that begin with a simple invitation, yet quietly evolve into something far greater than the event itself. The exclusive Maison Privée | ARCELIA x 3434 Women Afterwork was one of those evenings.

Around thirty women gathered on that Thursday evening. Thirty different personalities, each with her own story, experience and vision. Familiar faces met new ones, conversations began almost effortlessly and, before long, a unique atmosphere filled the room. What started as an elegant afterwork gathering gradually transformed into a space of openness, inspiration and genuine exchange. Ideas were shared, perspectives broadened and connections were formed that felt authentic from the very beginning.

It is precisely moments like these that inspired the creation of 3434 Women. Never intended to become just another business club, it was never about collecting business cards or engaging in superficial networking. The vision was different from the very beginning: to bring together extraordinary women – entrepreneurs, executives and visionaries – who inspire one another, open doors for each other and grow together. A community where trust matters more than reach and meaningful relationships are valued far above fleeting encounters.

That vision came to life once again throughout the evening. Conversations moved effortlessly between entrepreneurship, creativity and personal experiences. There was laughter, thoughtful discussion and an inspiring exchange of ideas. New collaborations began to emerge, friendships were formed and existing relationships grew even stronger. It became increasingly clear that this community is not defined by its size, but by the remarkable women who are part of it and the quality of the connections they create together.

A special thank you goes to Corina Quattrocchi – Arcelia Event Concepts, member of 3434 Women, who co-organised this evening with great passion and carefully curated many of the invited guests. Her dedication perfectly reflected the spirit of the community: bringing together the right people and creating encounters that leave a lasting impact.

As the evening unfolded, attention naturally turned towards everything that still lies ahead for the community. The excitement surrounding the upcoming exclusive Experiences was unmistakable. Carefully curated, intentionally limited and designed to create extraordinary moments together, they promise far more than exceptional events. They are opportunities to create lasting memories, strengthen meaningful relationships and continue writing the story of this community together.

As the evening slowly came to an end, it was evident how first introductions had already evolved into genuine trust. Conversations had become more personal, connections had grown stronger and the exchange between members felt increasingly meaningful. What remained was the feeling of being part of something truly special.

Because 3434 Women is not about traditional networking. It is a community where women inspire one another, support each other and grow together. And as the final conversations gradually faded into the evening, one thing became unmistakably clear: this was not the end of a successful event, but simply another chapter in a story that has only just begun.
