1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the Women’s Business Club Zurich ("the Club"). By joining the Club
and paying the membership fee, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to women over the age of 18 who are entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, or individuals with an
interest in business and professional development.


3. Membership Benefits
As a member, you will receive:
• Access to regular networking events and gatherings
• Participation in workshops, seminars, and business-related activities
• Opportunities to showcase your business or expertise
• Access to member-only content, resources, and online groups
Discounted or free access to select special events

4. Membership Fees
• Membership requires the payment of an annual fee, as detailed on the Club’s official website or membership materials.
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• The Club reserves the right to change the membership fee with reasonable notice to members.


5. Special Events
Some special events may require additional registration or payment beyond the standard membership fee. Access will be subject to
availability and individual event terms.


6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or personal information shared within the Club
• Avoid using Club events or platforms for aggressive sales tactics or spamming


7. Termination of Membership
The Club reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misconduct or behavior damaging to the Club or its members

  • Failure to pay renewal fees

Termination by the member must be made in writing at least 3 months before the contract is extended.


8. Privacy
By joining, you consent to the Club collecting and using your personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection
laws. Data may be used to administer your membership, inform you of events, and promote the Club’s activities.


9. Limitation of Liability
The Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at events or through participation in Club activities. Members
participate at their own risk.


10. Changes to Terms
The Club may update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or the Club website.


11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising is the registered office of the
Association.
